All Cars and Drivers competing in IMCA Sactioned Classes must Conform to IMCA Rules and Submit to Inspections at any point by an IMCA Official.

Maquoketa Speedway Sport Compact Rules
Maquoketa Speedway in the interest of making the sport more accessible to everyone runs an Unsanctioned Class of Sport Compacts. Sport compacts at our speedway follow a rules set that was developed by Maquoketa Speedway, Davenport Speedway, and East Moline.

Reserved Pit Stalls
In 2024 we will be selling pit stalls in the Backstretch Fence line. these spaces will be reserved for the whole season except for Specials and the Fair Race. All other Spaces Not in the Reserved Area are First come First Served. Space saving is allowed but Markers are not allowed to be put out until Saturday at 8 AM.
Pit Spaces Will Be Available for Sale on The MyRacePass App starting on Jan. 11 2024
Payout and Pit Shack Policies
The Pit Shack is Open until 45 min after the Final Race has ended. If you have not picked up your check at this time you will have to either wait until next week or come to the fair office to pick it up.
WE DO NOT MAIL CHECKS.
If you have an outstanding bill at the Pit Shack (Unpaid Registration or Fee) the Pit Shack will deduct the amount owed from your payout check.
To receive your payout Check you must have completed the paperwork including all tax paperwork BEFORE you receive your winnings.
All Check must Be Deposited within 90 Days of the Race
Weather Policies
Rainouts will only be announced if the track is deemed to be
"Un-Raceable" by the Race Director, Track Superintendent, and/or Race officials.
Heat and other Weather events.
When Heat indexes are Predicted to be over 100 degrees at the start of hot laps we will cancel racing for the day in the interest of racer Health and safety. this decision will be made at 12 noon on the day of racing.
Other Adverse Weather events that may constitute a delay or cancellation of racing Race officials and the Race Director will meet and determine the best course of action for the safety of competitors and fans.
Transponder Policy
In 2024 We will now start Requiring all Racing participants to have Transponders to be eligible for Racing in our weekly and specialty races.
Maquoketa Speedway uses Westhold Brand Transponders and Will have Rentals available each week for more information please contact us with the form on our contact page or ask at the Pit Shack window when you arrive at the track.
Minor Waiver
Maquoketa Speedway Requires all Underage attendees to be with a chaperone at all times.
Parents or Guardians must Fill out a Minor Liability Waiver for each Child.
Minor Forms can be filled out each night or you can download and fill out a season-long Waiver by clicking the link below.

Grand Stand Punch Cards available for $125
Each Punch Card Grants 10 Entries to any Normal Weekly Race. Not Good for Fair Race or Specials.

Maquoketa Speedway Concessions Stand Has Everything you need to Keep your Stomach Happy for a full night of racing! From Hot Dog and Nachos to Steak sandwiches and Rootbeer Floats you'll find something for everyone at the Maquoketa Speedway! Located under the Grandstand in the center!
Beer Tent
Selling a wide array of domestic Beer and Malt Beverages the Maquoketa Speedway has what you need to keep you cool on those hot summer nights! * Must be 21 or older, ID Required Please Drink Responsibly
Camping
With Electric hookups and Modern Shower houses, We have what you need to turn race day into a family weekend getaway!! Camping Fee $25 a night. To reserve your space Call 563-652-4282.

Smoking
Smoking in the grandstand seating, Concessions area, In the Volunteer Hall, or under any structure is strictly prohibited. Smoking is allowed in open-air areas behind the grandstand or in the pits.
If you have a roof over your head you are in a non-smoking area.
